Sea Shell Residence by Lanciano Design
This 7,500 square foot contemporary home, Sea Shell Residence located on the Mediterranean coast of Israel exhibits the works of Lanciano Design, an Israel-based studio responsible for this clear and precise space characterized by clean lines, rich but delicate materials and aesthetic original solutions.Designing the interior of the house was hatched as an “Haute couture” project based on informations from the beginning of the project, and accurately calculated details , that makes the main philosophy behind this wonderful design. “Openness” has been the main concept behind this project, combining informal ambient and elegance, with a palette of colors that repeats the colors of the outside into the house.
It features an unconventional layout of the kitchen & the dining area , which makes this home friendly and entertaining to family & guests. The ground floor has been wrapped in large apertures maintaining a dialog with the outside, thus offering an open space feeling.
The bathrooms area displays a unique “out of the box” and different thinking , featuring original designs, besides many lighting scenarios with special effects are applied to completely change the ambience of the house
